LONG TIME NO SEE BOOOYS!

本来北京有意无意在资本市场吹了个大泡沫,想通过横盘等待通涨抵消的办法软着陆,不过没考虑美国背刺的情况,或者说无暇顾及了。川普做了这么多年资本家,对资本市场还是很敏感的,看到了某金融资产市场的不稳,随着美国经济复苏,感觉实力到位了,想趁你病要你命,下手戳泡沫,来个事实上的广场协议。当年某些人为了政绩,“我卸任后哪管洪水滔天”,真是前人挖坑后人踩。怎么扳回局面就看北京手里还藏着多少控制力,毕竟某国特色文化和市场还是有很多不一样的地方,底层的牺牲能力川普不一定能判断。不过怎么说都得用掉不少zz能量,也就是说又要进一步深化zz体制改革了。

Certain key areas of interest for improving technology reflect DoD’s shift in strategic priorities and address the requirement to continue to reduce lifecycle costs across all systems, including unmanned systems. The six areas of interest highlighted in this chapter are interoperability and modularity; communication systems, spectrum, and resilience; security (research and intelligence/technology protection (RITP)); persistent resilience; autonomy and cognitive behavior; and weaponry. This chapter also describes how limited science and technology funding will potentially impact such emerging technology solutions.

For the past 21 years, the Air Force has flown the MQ-1 Predator remotely piloted aircraft in combat, and for the last 10, the MQ-9 Reaper. Combined with a skilled aircrew, these aircraft provide consistent support in daily engagements making an impact downrange.

While the MQ-1 has provided many years of service, the Air Force plans to retire the MQ-1 early next year to keep up with the continuously evolving battlespace environment.

Manned aircraft like the F-16 do require radar operators and air traffic controllers in order to maximize their performance, yet these are not required for flight. An F-16 needs a pilot in the cockpit and little else. UAVs, with the exception of the few autonomous flight models, require constant intervention and control from a ground crew. The probability that an F-16 could sustain flight without communication from its ground crew is relatively high, whereas the lack of communication between the ground operators and the UAV yields a low probability of sustained flight.

The Middle East is such a dynamic region that many lament that there is little that can be predicted with accuracy. But when it comes to weapons and technology, there is one certainty: In the coming years, unmanned systems of greater and greater sophistication will be used in the region in greater and greater numbers. The robotics revolution is at hand and the Middle East won’t fail to be a player in it.

Secondly, the use of unmanned systems is by no means limited merely to state powers. As we enter the era of “open source” warfare, non-state actors can also build, buy, and use the most sophisticated systems weapons systems. So, while some regional states are falling behind in this new technology, others are not. For instance, groups like Hezbollah have already used them multiple times, including flying at least 4 drones (thought to be Iranian Mohajer systems) past Israeli air defenses. The al Qaida group is also reputed to have explored the use of drones as a means of attack from a distance on an international leadership conference in 2001. Unmanned systems not only give non state groups the strike power and lethal distance once limited to states, but they also expand the roles that potential terrorist recruits can play. That is, one no longer has to be suicidal to carry out a mission with the lethality of a suicide bomber.

从无到有培养市场,创建社区,创造普通人的消费欲望,这是推动一个产业发 展的大事,如果由整个产业来做的话会相对容易,如果仅仅只有一个公司在专 心经营这个行业,就十分难得。所以在当下的状态,从业者们应该考虑将产品 做得优秀,足够吸引人,就像当年的照相机一样创造出刚需,拓宽消费者的眼 界,提高行业应用的智能化程度,因为仅仅只能飞起来航拍是不够的,行业应 用上,仅仅是撒药也是不够的,还需要更多的高级别的功能,还需要更多更明 确的规范。等到大家都杀开一片了,再回来接着做自己喜欢的事情。就像手机 市场,有一些公司用足够吸引人的产品让消费者从诺基亚1100和翻盖滑盖的时 代走出来,让人们开始关注智能手机,从“花哨的东西”变成刚需之后,然后 再继续压低成本才能造就现在繁荣的手机市场格局。

因此无论采用GPS还是光流单目抑或双目视觉、红外、超声波等等,不管什么 硬件,作用都是为了传输回无人机对应的外环状态信息

没有数据,做什么数据挖掘。没有状态信息,搞什么毛飞行控制。

绝大多数飞控从下到上、从内到外通通PID,或者PI没有D。正常巡航还好,模 式转换时效果略着急。如果有好几个飞行模式(如起飞爬升、定点盘旋、压线 平飞、进近)会针对不同模式切换参数甚至构型。艰苦卓绝的试飞调参之后飞 得还挺行云流水赏心悦目。其他高端工业飞控没用过。

至于控制律设计理论,神经网络不适合飞控,因为传感器精度低容易崩;动态 逆控制效果好但是不适合商品飞控和中小型无人机,因为需要针对性精确建模 以及控制计算量大;模糊控制最近想试一试,需要针对机型建模计算大量配平 数据作为决策域,那么无特殊需求的中小型无人机就不适用了。见过师兄搞L1 自适应以及滑模,收敛快鲁棒性不错,都比PID好,但是没见过上天表现。就接 触过这些了。

根据年代、用途、需求,收割者和全球鹰的自驾控制律应该趋近于客机(各种 构型的PID,控制姿态,或者去掉姿态环直接控高度、升降速率、测偏距等,减 少PID环串联有助收敛)。驾驶杆操控含义及手动控制律趋近于空客(PID控制 俯仰角速率和滚转角)。本段纯属个人YY,胡说八道。

卫星通信简单地说就是地球上(包括地面和低层大气中)的无线电通信站间利 用卫星作为中继而进行的通信。卫星通信系统由卫星和地球站两部分组成。卫 星通信的特点是:通信范围大;只要在卫星发射的电波所覆盖的范围内,从任 何两点之间都可进行通信;不易受陆地灾害的影响(可靠性高);只要设置地 球站电路即可开通(开通电路迅速);同时可在多处接收,能经济地实现广播、 多址通信(多址特点);电路设置非常灵活,可随时分散过于集中的话务量; 同一信道可用于不同方向或不同区间(多址联接)。

然而卫星不可以直接跟地面站进行点对点通信吗?那还要24小时的地球同步卫星 弄啥嘞?

无人机难在实时的数据链,也就是飞机控制系统,从操作站到卫星整套东西据 说从把信号传递到操作站,再发出指令传回飞机,整个过程最慢最慢不能超过 1.5秒,再慢的话战术价值会大大削弱(打不了移动目标)所以现在只有中美两 国在玩,俄罗斯都玩不起,想玩先打几发卫星上天再说飞机的气动外形和发动机 倒没啥,不是核心技术
