Product Data Management (PDM)

Product data management (PDM) is the use of software to manage product
data and process-related information in a single, central system. This
information includes computer-aided design (CAD) data, models, parts
information, manufacturing instructions, requirements, notes and
documents.

The ideal PDM system is accessible by multiple applications and
multiple teams across an organization, and supports business-specific
needs. Choosing the right PDM software can provide a company in any
industry with a solid foundation that can be easily expanded into a
full PLM platform.

At its core, a PDM system provides solutions for secure data
management, process enablement, and configuration management.

Secure Data Management

Capture, manage and deliver product information

PDM systems capture and manage product information, ensuring that
information is delivered to users throughout the product lifecycle in
the correct context.

File ownership, version control (check-in and check-out of files),
revision management, and release status are all managed by the PDM
system.

Security and administrative functionality protects intellectual
property rights through role management, project-based security and
associated access privileges.

Process Enablement

Workflow and process capabilities enable both internal product teams
and external partners to participate in the product lifecycle.

A PDM system can help you establish, manage and execute automated
workflow-driven processes that reflect company-specific best practices
for change planning (what-if analysis), change incorporation
(execution), and change verification and communication.

A PDM system can also support other established processes, including
phase-gate standards.

Configuration Management

PDM systems provide the visibility necessary for managing and
presenting a complete bill of materials (BOM). It facilitates the
alignment and synchronization of all sources of BOM data, as well as
all lifecycle phases, including the as-designed, as-planned, as-built
and as-maintained states.

PDM systems provide change management capabilities that allow you to
see the BOM before and after changes are made.

Lifecycle visualization provides sharing and on-demand representations
of the product and its underlying assemblies and parts, without the
need for a CAD authoring tool or special technical knowledge. Digital
mockup capabilities can reduce the need for costly physical
prototyping.

4、持续推进智能制造。一是全面启动中联智慧产业城建设,打造集高端装备智能制造基
地、人工智能研究应用基地为一体的“智慧产业城”
。二是启动公司产品智能化企业标准体
系建设工作,强化产品智能化领跑。三是推动产品4.0的持续改进和升级,实现单机智能向机
群智能转变、制造流程化向制造可视化转变、数字资源化向数据价值化转变,主导行业产品
升级换代。

5、打造服务核心竞争力。持续推进服务体系变革,优化资源配置、提升服务技能和配件
供应能力
,依托工业互联网技术及移动端APP应用推广,不断为用户提供更加便捷化、个性
化、定制化的服务
,延伸与提升全价值链服务,引领和推动行业服务型制造的转型升级,树
立行业服务标杆。

6、构建全新供应商关系。与供方形成长期战略联盟,从交易关系向长期互惠共赢的战略
联盟关系转变,深入技术、工艺、制造优质资源互通共享,建立稳定、高效、低成本的供应
链体系。

7、全力发展潜力、新兴市场。一是土方机械通过建设全新的销售渠道,为客户提供更加
专业和高效的销售、服务;升级全系列产品,尤其是产品的性能、质量,提升市场竞争力;
整合、提升供应链竞争力,为产品研发、制造和市场服务带来更大的正向协同效应。二是高
空作业机械基于高效率的智能化产线和全系列智能化产品,融合智能物联技术支持,快速开
拓市场。

8、农业机械板块转型升级。农业机械板块围绕“夯基、聚焦、突破”开展业务,通过产
品制造品质和成本改善的整顿、攻关,打造高可靠性产品,聚焦产品与市场,关注产品质量、
交付、服务提升,通过“降本、控费、创收”等手段,实现业务突破。
